Centreville is Maryland’s eastern shore business hub that is actively seeking to encourage business growth and expansion. The town is home to over 400 businesses (Business Directory) , and has a certified downtown Main Street district. As the county seat of Queen Anne’s County government, there are multiple real estate options to locate and grow your business here. In the Centreville Business Park, there is a 67,600 square foot industrial high bay flex building, Class A one story flex space in the Corsica business campus (110,900 square feet), and infrastructure ready land. Also in town, is a 2 story Class A office building with space available to lease.

The Town of Centreville partners with the Queen Anne’s County economic development office to determine if your project is eligible for incentives to expand and locate in Town.
