Timothy E. McCluskey
Council Vice President
Born in New Jersey, Mr. McCluskey received his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, Lerner School of Business in 1993. Mr. McCluskey owns Delta Consulting, Inc., an executive recruiting firm, in downtown Centreville, which he relocated here in 2006 from Boulder, Colorado. Mr. McCluskey was elected to the town council in 2009. He is a member of Centreville Lodge #180, AF&AM and lives on Watson Road with his wife Kellen and their three daughters, Miele, Calla and Varenna. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and boating on the Corsica River and in the Chesapeake Bay.
 
Frank C. Ogens
Council Member
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Ogens is a 30 year resident of Queen Anne's County. He received a BA in Economics from Washington College and for the last 10 years has taught at Kent County High School. Mr. Ogens was elected to the Centreville Town Council in 2007 and again in 2010. He and his wife Pam live in Symphony Villiage. They have two children, John and Kate, and two grandchildren. Mr. Ogens enjoys golfing and skiing.
 
Norman P. Pinder, Jr.
Council President
Born 1942, Ridgely, MD. Mr. Pinder graduated from Centreville High School in 1960 and went on to attend Glenville State Teachers College until 1962. He has worked for the United States Postal Service since 1975. Mr. Pinder was elected to the Centreville Town Council in 2002, 2005, and again in 2008. He is a member of the Centreville United Methodist Church, and American Legion Post 18 in Centreville. He is a past member of the Goodwill Fire Company, the Centreville Lions Club and Jaycees. Mr. Pinder is married to Joan and they have a daughter Courtney, who teaches sixth grade at Stevensville Elementary School. He enjoys golfing in his free time.
