Landscape Maintenance


The Town of Centreville is requesting sealed bids to provide landscaping maintenance services on Town properties.  Bid packages will be available on the Town’s website Friday, March 15, 2019 at www.townofcentreville.org or contact the Town Office.  A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held Friday, March 22, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the Millstream Park Pavilion.

Proposals must be received at Town Hall, 101 Lawyer’s Row, Centreville, Maryland 21617 by Monday, April 1, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., at which time they will be opened and read publicly.

The Town of Centreville reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive any requirements, and to accept all or part of any proposal considered to be in the best interests of the Town.  Award of the contract is subject to the approval of the Town Manager and the Town Council of Centreville.  Any questions should be directed to Michael Whitehill, Project Manager who will be the contact for this bid process and can be reached at (c) 443-988-1947 or by email – michael@whitehillconsultingllc.com.
