As we continuously seek out new ways to enhance the public's accessibility to our department, this page has been designed with that goal in mind. It is my desire to continue improving our ability to reach the public using state-of-the-art technology, thereby increasing the speed, accuracy, and reliability of police-related data, which is vital in today's information-driven world.
The Centreville Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency serving the citizens of Centreville, Maryland, which is the county seat of Queen Anne's County. The men and women of our department strive daily to fulfill our public safety mission while improving the quality of life for those living, working, and visiting the Town of Centreville. We are a progressive department and industry leader in police training, technology, and community engagement.
We currently have 13 sworn officers who are all dedicated to keeping our community safe and providing exceptional service to our citizens. Because we are a small department, all sworn officers are assigned to patrol, but also handle other collateral duties, including criminal investigations. Currently, we have two K9 teams, who specializes in drug detection, patrol, and tracking.
I am exceptionally proud of the alliances we have established with our citizens, businesses, community organizations, government leaders, and our fellow law enforcement partners. Our collaborative efforts are crucial in combating crime in our community.
It is my honor and privilege to lead a police department that is highly visible and proactive while delivering a personal level of professional police services to the citizens we are sworn to protect.
