Board of Zoning Appeals

The Centreville Board of Zoning Appeals meets on an as needed basis for applications requiring a decision for a variance from the strict application of the Town of Centreville Zoning Ordinance, a special exception or, to appeal the determination of the Zoning Administrator and/or Centreville Planning Commission.

To apply to the Board of Appeals for a variance, special exception, or to appeal a decision, please complete the Board of Zoning Appeals application and submit to Town Hall along with the appropriate fee.
